• An applicant must meet the following criteria:
  • Applicant must be enrolled in an accredited American college or university, either as a freshman, sophomore, or junior
  • The Richard Cichocki scholarship will be awarded based upon the evaluation of the candidate’s application and an essay by Mr. Cichocki.  He looks forward to reading unique, layered, and informative answers
