Life beyond K-Pop and K-Drama
Tips: Learn the Korean language as soon as possible. It is always better to learn before entering the country. Get an idea of Korean universities and the culture. Try to be very proactive from the beginning. As language will be a big problem, be attentive all the time in order not to miss any details. Don't come expecting it to be a K-Drama.
Likes (Public transportation): South Korea is a well-developed country and is equipped with affordable public transportation. Cities are connected by subways and buses. They run at regular intervals. There is no long wait between subways and buses. It is very safe and runs till late at night.
Dislikes (Part time work): As this university is in South Korea, part-time jobs have huge limitations for international students due to language and the country's regulations. Not many employers would be willing to hire international students, especially Indians. In some universities, you might be able to find on-campus jobs.
