Q. What are the popular courses offered by EDHEC Business School?

A. The EDHEC Business School offers two main degrees to its students. Master in Management (MIM) and Master of Science (MSc). Students are required to select a track of studies and then opt for their degree. Tracks include Finance or Business Management studies. In finance, students can opt for specialisations like Corp Fin, Financial Markets, Auditing, Risk, etc. Business Management students can pick from specialisations like Marketing, Strategy Consulting, Data Analytics, Entrepreneurship, Creative Business, and Global Business. Q. What are the eligibility criteria for popular courses at EDHEC Business School?

A. The eligibility criteria for students wanting to study popular courses at EDHEC Business School are a bachelor’s degree with 60% or more aggregate, a GMAT score of 550 or above or equivalent GRE scores. The GMAT score requirement for Business Management studies is 640, and for finance, it is 690 or above.

Q. What is the course duration at EDHEC Business School?

A. MIM students are required to study for three years, which includes a one-year internship in-between the entire duration of the course. The MSc lasts for 15 months, which only includes the course duration.

Q. Is learning French mandatory to take admission to EDHEC Business School?

A. No, learning French is not mandatory for your education at EDHEC Business School. However, it is advisable for you to learn French as this gives you more prospects of securing employment in France.

Q. Are there any scholarships available at the EDHEC Business School?

A. Value-based scholarships are available in the form of 15% or 20% tuition fee waivers. To be considered for the scholarship, students are required to apply for it alongside their application. There is no need-based scholarships provided by the EDHEC Business School.

Q. Does EDHEC Business School provide accommodation to international students?

A. On-campus accommodation is available at the Lille Campus of EDHEC Business School. Moreover, the school also provides assistance to international students through their student office to secure housing prior to pursuing their course.

Q. Does EDHEC Business School provide assistance with jobs, and what are the stay-back policies under the French Student Visa regulation?

A. It is the job of the student to find a placement. The EDHEC Business School guarantees no placements. However, they have a dedicated team that assists students with placements across Europe. However, if unsuccessful, the School tries to provide employment opportunities in India to its students. As per the France Student Visa regulations, students who are pursuing MIM are allowed a year of stay-back period. Students pursuing an MSc are not provided with stay-back options after the completion of their course.

MBA is mainly for professionals with significant experience and who want to gain leadership skills and advanced management abilities.

Q:   Can I apply to management programs at EDHEC Business School without GMAT or GRE?
A: 

GMAT or GRE scores are required for admission into EDHEC Business School. Although you can apply for the programme without GMAT score after a confirmation from the recruitment manager, you need to take the test and send the scores at a later date. The school will provide a conditional offer without GMAT score. You must fulfill GMAT minimum score requirements to confirm your enrolment at EDHEC Business School.

Both Paris School of Business and Kedge Business School offer MIM programmes across a diverse range of specialisations. The average first-year tuition fee for pursuing the MIM programme at the Paris School of Business ranges between INR 9 Lacs and INR 19 Lakh, depending on the specialisation a student chooses. Whereas, the average annual tuition fee for pursuing MIM programmes at Kedge Business School ranges between INR 13 Lacs and INR 24 Lakh.
