The scholarships at Durham University are not in abundance because of their affordability. The international students are required to pay for the Law programs generally. There are two scholarships available to the Indian students. Durham University scholarships are given on a merit basis as well as a need basis.

- Joint Scholarship: A EUR 5,000 (INR 4.5 L) fee reduction for the International Foundation Year or pre-master's program, plus an additional EUR 5,000 (INR 4.5 L) for each year of degree study
- Commonwealth Scholarships for Developing Countries: A scholarship for citizens of developing Commonwealth countries for Masters and PhD study
