For international students, SJSU requirements are given as follows:

• The applicants should have completed high school. They must have the equivalent GPA of 3.0 or an average of 'B' grades
• IELTS / TOEFL / PTE / Duolingo scores are accepted

For graduate courses, the applicants are required to have a bachelor's degree. A 2.5 GPA is required is the last degree studied.

Yes, SJSU require GRE for admission to MS in CS course. As such, there no specific cut-offs for GRE. Apart from this, to get admission to this course, the applicants are required to have a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
