Yes, of course, an average Indian student can join the Wisconsin School of Professional Psychology. They don't ask for top lever marks. You just need a degree in Psychology or any related subjects and good English, like IELTS, and basic knowledge and interest in Psychology.

It's possible but not too easy getting part time jobs while studying at Wiscons in School of Professional Psychology. Because on campus jobs are limited and off campus you need special permissions
