Most applicants would have an honours degree in the arts, but those with qualifications in other disciplines or prior professional experience are also encouraged to apply. Some students enter the course after years of independent work, while others come directly from undergraduate courses. For Indian students, entry requirements are based on NOOSR sections: Section 1 (48% for a 3-4 year degree, 45% for a 5-year degree), Section 2 (55%), and Section 3 (60%). Applicants holding a HND or third class degree may not be considered for the majority of Masters programmes.
