3) The SEVIS application fee has been paid.

4) Application for a non-immigrant visa and the Form DS-160 confirmation page

5) Your picture in the format required, together with the number

6) You must submit a Form I-20 and an Employment Authorization Document (EAD) application to USCIS if you choose Optional Practical Training (OPT).

Additional paperwork that can be needed includes:

1) Academic preparatory materials such as transcripts, degrees, certificates, or diplomas

2) Evidence that you have enough money to cover your living expenses for the entire time that you will be in the US. This might comprise:

3) Banking records

4) Sponsor's financial commitment to pay for your lodging and living expenses

5) a scheme for scholarships

6) Evidence that once you've finished your studies, you'll be leaving the US. This could take the form of a flight from the US back to your country of residence.

7) Additionally, you might need to show up for a face-to-face interview at the US embassy or consulate.

Below are the University of Missouri St Louis Admission requirements:

UG:

  1. The University wants students to complete the undergraduate application.

  2. ACT composite score of SAT 17-23 or SAT of 820- 1090.

  3. Applicants must a copy  of transcripts reflecting all coursework and grades earned, as well as a statement and date of graduation or completion. 

  4. A high school transcript.

  5. Applicants also must also have at least 17 units of credit as follows;

    1. English: Four years. Two years emphasizing composition or writing skills. One of the remaining two years may be in speech or debate

    2. Mathematics: Four years (Algebra 1 and higher)

C. Science: Three years not including general science, one of the three years must be a laboratory course

D. Social Studies: Three years

E. Fine Arts: One year

F. Foreign Language: Two years of a single foreign language

G. Math and foreign language years may be accepted from middle/junior high school.

PG: 

You will need to provide the following with your application for PG admission: 

  • A statement of academic purpose (SOP)

  • Applicants must have a list of all their prior colleges or universities, accompanied by unofficial transcripts from each school. However, unofficial transcripts should be uploaded with the applicant's application.

  • Two letters of recommendation, Applicants must enter the names of their recommender directly in the application, and they will receive a link to upload a letter on the applicant's behalf.

  • Applicants must submit their Resumes and CV. 

  • A USD 40  application fee for PG applicants

  • A standardised test, although the graduate school does not have tests minimum for admission, individual departments may have minimum requirements. However, they need to give IELTS or TOEFL if the applicant is from a non-English speaking native country. However, there are other standardised examinations, such as GRE and GMAT, which are compulsory, however, might vary depending on the course the applicant chooses
