Yes, Hindustan University conducts two entrance exams at the university level, i.e., HITSEEE and HITSCAT for all the UG and PG courses. The eligibility criteria for admission to the BTech programme is mentiond below:

Academic Stream:  An average of 50 per cent in Class 12/HSC/Intermediate or any equivalent examination with Maths and Physics as compulsory subjects and at least one of Chemistry / Biology / Computer Science / Information Technology / Informatics Practices / Engineering Graphics as major subjects in regular stream from any board.

Vocational Stream: An average of 50 per cent marks in the related subjects and vocational subjects (Theory and Practical).
B.Tech (Bio-Technology) : A Minimum Average of 50 percent in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics/Biology.

It is not necessary to send a hard copy of HITSEEE 2026 application form to the concerned authority. The candidates must submit the form only online. It is better to keep a printed copy of the completed application form for the reference of the candidates.

Physics: Physics And Measurement, Kinematics, Laws of Motion, Gravitation, Thermodynamics, Properties of solids and liquids, Kinetic theory of gases, Oscillations and Waves, Current electricity, Atoms, Nuclei, optics, etc.

Chemistry: States of Matter, Concept of atom, molecule, compound, Covalent bonding, ionic bonding, atomic structure, Chemical thermodynamics, electrochemistry, s, p, d, f block elements, alcohols, phenols, ethers, polymers, chemistry in every day life, etc.

Mathematics: Sets, relations and functions, matrices, determinants, permutation and combinations, sequences and series, differentiability, intergral calculus, vector algebra, trignometry, etc.

There are 3 subjects included in HITSEEE syllabus. HITSEEE subjects are Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics. Candidates will be able to know topics and chapters that are important for HITSEEE if they refer syllabus.

HITSEEE exam is not as tough as JEE Main. The questions asked in the exam are generally based on the higher secondary courses, which are 11th and 12th. Students should review Physics, Chemistry, and Math concepts and topics from Class 11 and 12.

The admission authority of Hindustan University will publish the HITSEEE result at hindustanuniv.ac.in. HITSEE Result is used for the admission of candidates to the university. The candidates are called for the HITSEEE counselling based on the HITSEEE score.
