I used Shiksha Counseling Service during my college selection and application process. My experience has been mixed but overall smooth. Initially, with my previous counsellor, there wasn’t much response during the crucial college selection period. This unfortunately led to delays and I ended up missing a few application deadlines. Later, once the process picked up, the overall experience was much better. The guidance provided has been knowledgeable and reliable, which gave me confidence in the decisions I was making. However, one area where I feel improvement is needed is responsiveness. While the advice itself has always been valuable, responses have often come with delays, which can be stressful during time-sensitive application periods. That being said, once connected properly, the service has been dependable and the counsellors are well-informed. With more consistent and timely communication, Shiksha Counseling Service could provide an excellent experience to students navigating the competitive and time-bound college application process
