    If you are interested in applying to Metro Institute, you can get all the information on the official website of the university, including the list of the authorized agents. Visit their homepage and click on Metro Courses. The following page will give you a basic idea of the diplomas, certificates and other courses. On the right side, you will see semester dates, agents and international students. Click on 'Find an agent' option under 'Agents' and a list will appear. You will be able to see the business name of the agent, the contact's name, business phone and email address. There are around 20-25 names in the list and you can start approaching them to get started with your process of studying at Metro Institute.

    Q:   How do I know if I am eligible for Metro Institute?
    A: 

    To get your eligibility for a particular certificate/diploma/advanced Diploma at Metro Institute Australia, visit the official page of the course in which you are interested. Scroll down and you will be able to see the eligibility requirements. Check if you are eligible for the particular course. Majorly, you need to be above 18 years, have scored at least 5.5 bands in IELTS test, and completed secondary schooling level of a High School Certificate. Your work experience will also count, if related and you have the proof to justify the same. Besides this, you also need to meet the visa requirements (subclass 500 Vocational Education & Training) to be able to commence your course at Metro Institute.

    Yes, you can work part-time while pursuing your Diploma from the Metro Institute. There is no restriction from the institute; however, your employment cannot be used as an excuse to be absent in the classes or why you did not appear for the required tests/examinations or other activities. You need to manage your work and studies smartly so that you get the desired qualification for the course that you intend to pursue from Metro Institute. You will be issued the qualification only after you have completed the course to the satisfaction of the institute. In fact, pursuing a business or leadership course can boost your chances of getting employment while you are still enrolled in the course.

    Q:   What happens after an Indian student submits their application and required documents to Metro Institute?
    A: 

    After the application is emailed along with the required documents, the Administration Manager of Metro Institute will verify the form for completeness. Once the reviewing is done and application is found suitable, the institute will issue a Letter of Offer, which remains valid for 30 days. Also, an invoice for initial payment of the fees is issued along with a Student Acceptance Agreement for the applicant to review. This agreement, once accepted by the student, remains a binding contract between the student and Metro Institute. It is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Australia and the State of NSW.
    The students will be allowed to commence the course only after the due amount is paid to the institute. To be eligible for a course, the candidate has to make the course payment while returning the signed Student Acceptance Agreement to the Metro Institute. The payments that are made in advance to the institute are protected under the conditions of Tuition Protection Service.

    Q:   What is the refund policy of Metro Institute Australia?
    A: 

    After making the necessary payments to Metro Institute, if a situation comes that you want refund then you can make the request using the Request Refund Form, which is available with Metro Institute Reception or on the official website of the institute. It has to be duly filled and signed by you and the refund will be processed as per the described circumstances. In case your visa is refused then you are entitled to 100% refund. If you are cancelling the course 28 days before the date of commencement then you will get 80% of the paid tuition fees and 50% if you are cancelling within 28 days. Your application or enrolment fees will be non-refundable. No refund is given after the course has commenced.

    Q:   How much funds do I need except the tuition fee in Australia?

    Other than the tuition fee and administrative fee for the institute, you need to make financial arrangement to live in Australia. As the courses offered by Metro Institute are classroom-based and not online, you will have to search for accommodation and factor in basic living expenses. As an estimate, it is fair to say that it costs AUD $20,290 to live in Australia. This does not include tuition or insurance amount. Hence, after considering the average tuition fee at Metro Institute and other charges, living expenses and health insurance, you should have at least AUD $30,000 with you to study in Australia.
