- Engineering: in particular, fundamental skills/knowledge in the fields of electrical engineering, engineering mechanics, material science, and construction (minimum of 20 ECTS credit points)
- Business: above all, fundamental knowledge in the fields of general business administration, private business law, as well as internal and external accounting (minimum of 20 ECTS credit points)
- If the requirements mentioned above are met, admission is also possible with another German or foreign higher education degree considered equal

- The master’s programme is a modularised three-semester full-time programme based on a bachelor’s degree or a German Diplom degree in (industrial) engineering, natural/economic/business sciences, or logistics. The language of instruction is English.
- Six module exams are to be completed, three in the first and three in the second semester. During the second and third semester (Master's thesis), students will work on a research project of their choice
