Q:   Is it possible to get into MBA at Otago Polytechnic without work experience?
A: 

Although it is typically desirable to have relevant work experience, it is possible to participate in Otago Polytechnic's MBA programme without any prior work experience. The standard entrance requirements for Otago Polytechnic's MBA programme are an undergraduate degree (or equivalent), three years of professional or managerial experience, a GMAT score of 550 or above, and an IELTS score of 6.5 (for non-native English speakers).

Q:   What are the deadlines to submit applications for Otago Polytechnic?
A: 

For the majority of its programs, Otago Polytechnic uses a rolling admissions procedure, accepting applicants all year round. International applicants are advised to submit their applications at least three to four months prior to the start of the program.The following are the specific dates for undergraduate and graduate courses:

1. Undergraduate courses: Applications are accepted through November for the first semester, which starts in February.
Applications are accepted until May, and the second semester starts in July.
2. Postgraduate courses: Six weeks before the start of the intake, applications must be submitted.

Yes, international students at Langara College Canada are eligible for co-op education. Note that this option is applicable for a few courses only. Upon acceptance in to a co-op program, students are going to receive the documentation to help them apply for their co-op work permit. Each co-op work term is a minimum of 420 hours of work, which can be completed as 4 months of full-time work or 8 months of part-time work.
