Having Chetna Ma’am as my counsellor throughout my admission journey to James Cook University, Singapore, has truly been a blessing. From the very beginning, she has been incredibly patient, approachable, and thorough. Whether it was shortlisting the right program, resolving my confusion between dependent pass and student visa, or guiding me through each document submission — she was there at every step. Even during moments of delay or uncertainty, she kept me informed and calm with timely updates and honest communication. Her support never felt transactional — it always felt personal. What stood out the most was her clarity, her ability to simplify the complex, and her genuine care for the student’s journey. Thanks to her, everything felt structured and far less overwhelming. I’m truly grateful for all her efforts, encouragement, and for being someone I could rely on from start to finish. Anyone would be lucky to have her as their counsellor. ~Darshita Upreti

I would like to sincerely thank Miss Chetna for her clear and thoughtful guidance regarding my career path. Her approach is not just informative but also deeply human and encouraging. She doesn’t just give instructions — she listens, understands, and provides clarity in a way that makes you feel seen and supported. In a time when I felt unsure about my direction, her guidance gave me both perspective and confidence. Her words have not only helped me make informed decisions but have also motivated me to believe in my own potential. I truly appreciate her dedication and the kindness with which she mentors. It makes a genuine difference. Warm regards, Sayali Vhatkar.

Chetna Mam is extremely patient, efficient, detail-oriented and I genuinely think it’s a blessing to have her as my counsellor. She is extremely practical, analysed my entire profile in detail and only suggests options for universities, programs and scholarships that you would DEFINITELY be eligible for, based on your profile. She and the team have taken a lot of efforts towards my application. Despite my low cgpa of 6.99, she made me get acceptances from reputed top 100 universities like Universoty of Glasgow, University college Dublin, etc.. Any program you apply to based on her guidance, you are highly likely to get. This is the only counselling agency which does altruistic student-oriented work, as they don’t make a single penny through the students directly. Chetna Mam is also extremely responsive and open to my thoughts and comments, even if they are too unrealistically dreamy sometimes, considering my low CGPA. Consider yourself lucky if she is your counsellor! I can never thank her enough for all her help and efforts towards my applications. Many many gratitude.
