Indian students who want to study at Acadia University must follow a step-by-step admission process that includes filling out the application form, submitting the required documents, paying the application fee, applying for visa and more. The Acadia University admission process for Indian students is given below:
- Explore and choose from 55 courses at the university. Some of the popular streams include Engineering, Business & Management Studies, Law, Medicine & Health Sciences and Science.
- You will have to submit documents listed by the university for admission to a course. These could include SOP, LOR and CV, among others.
- After completing the application form with your personal and academic details, upload the documents, pay the application fee. For UG courses it is CAD 40 (INR 2,532) and for graduate courses it is CAD 40 - 50 (INR 4,063 - 5,063).
- Once the application is submitted, you will receive a response, an offer letter or rejection on email in a few weeks.
- Once you get a confirmation from the university, apply for a Canada visa. For visa application, you will have to submit certain mandatory documents like a passport, study permit, financial documents, offer letter, and others.
- Pay the Acadia University tuition fees for the first year for the course you had applied for.

All applications need to be supported by official copies of all high school or college transcripts and other records of academic work. The transcripts should be certified by the school/college/institution and should either be sent to Acadia directly or sealed in an envelope and given to the student to send. Certified transcripts acceptable to Acadia will be used as a basis of admission. English proficiency report and other standardized exam score reports also need to be attached with the application form. Undergraduate Admissions
For Indian aspirants, a student must have a higher secondary certificate or Grade 12 certificate with a minimum of 60% from a recognised board. Apart from this, any one of these English proficiency exams scores are accepted:

Graduate Admissions
Students applying for a graduate-level programme at the university must hold a four-year bachelor’s degree or an honors degree from a recognised university. It is mandatory for students to have scored at least 70% or 60 credit hours in the past two years of study. However, certain programs have additional requirements along with the basic eligibility criteria. Hence, students are advised to refer to the official website of the university. Indian aspirants need a minimum of 2.67/4.0 GPA or 70% marks in their field of study in the last two undergraduate years. Any one of these exams scores will be accepted:

Although students can choose to stay off-campus in the welcoming town of Wolfville, the close-knit housing community of Acadia is no less warm and comfortable. There are 11 halls for residence purposes equipped with 24-hour on-call security that can house 1,500 students. There are rooms designed to suit everyone’s taste, ranging from high-rise to heritage and shared rooms to single deluxe suites. Students must pay a non-refundable deposit of CAD 200 and a CAD 40 residence campus programme fee. The housing expense greatly varies based on:
