Doctor of Dental Medicine - Batch of 2025
4.1
Try to learn Georgian before joining. The faculty are welcoming and highly talented.
Tips: Before joining this college, they should know about the campus life, campus diversity, and the diversity of people who are studying here, as well as what courses are being offered, tuition fees, scholarships, financial aid, and how the program works where the college provides scholarships. Many part-time jobs offer lower wages compared to full-time jobs. There is a language barrier for international students as people prefer Georgian, their native language, over English, and part-time jobs don’t provide as many benefits. There are low crime rates in this city, and there's an effective legal system. Here, we have well-trained and responsible police forces with a higher level of safety. Public health and emergency services are also good, and we can contact an ambulance and the police at any time.

A good place a good experience and overall well enough for rich people to spend money.
Tips: The faculty at Georgian National University SEU are so nice and the studies are good, but I wish there were a cheaper option. It is at the higher end of expensive. If you're thinking of going there, do your research first. Do your own paperwork too, and don't fall for brokers. Accommodation is expensive. The campus is a very good place for students. Being a student there means being able to enjoy the campus, which includes indoor skating rinks, and celebrating many festivals with Indian origins. The school provides great education that is both practical and fun. This approach allows you time to prepare for your future and also to relax, recharge, and unwind.
Dislikes (Permanent Immigration): The reason that no one is interested in settling here is that the place is not efficient in payment management. The doctors are paid on an hourly basis, but they get just enough to get by. Many doctors are also professors who want to get an extra paycheck. This place is like a mini-India; they have buses and metro for travel.

The college staffs and doctors helped me get comfortable with my profession.
Tips: The cultural difference did not affect me much but sure there are instances you'll feel kind of like an outsider. However, there are a lot of nice Georgians here who will make you feel at home. I got a $1500 scholarship for keeping up my good grades. The faculty is such friendly people, especially because doctors are the ones who teach you. They are very good at their job and if you grab the right opportunity with them, you can even shadow them. The teaching methodology is at par with colleges in the UK and the US. They are very modern and very professional. The mentors at the college are mostly doctors from Georgia, but they also have doctors from the UK and Germany who teach. I am really happy with the university, the course, and the country. It is a tourist destination so you can expect a good atmosphere.
Dislikes (Permanent Immigration): The comfort of settling in our home country is better on any given day but if you are such a person who's ready to embark on a completely new life away from India, Georgia is a good choice indeed. There are tons of Indian immigrants who live and work peacefully here. I wouldn't permanently immigrate here because I'm sure I'd get homesick with India.

The university is good and provides with good facilities and strong academics.
Tips: There is a lot that’s new to experience here and new things to find and explore. There are also scholarships available, which will depend on your academic year and performance at the university. Everything about the hospital is good for students to get an internship here. They are helping a lot to guide and aid students and with student inquiries. There is so much to learn here. The hospitals are good enough, and the infrastructure is very well maintained. Overall, I am totally satisfied with the university, course and the environment.
Dislikes (Safety): Tbilisi is a safe city. There are a lot of Indians here, so it’s nice not to be worried all the time. There’s also a good metro system where the police are always there to help. They even have a lot of police on the streets to help keep things safe, and the people of this city are generally helpful to travelers and love to help provide security.

Good university but there are only few opportunities for students.
Tips: The teachers are very good and they have taken and passed the USMLE exam. The campus has helped me grow as a person and has given me international exposure. The campus also provides scholarships for high-scoring students and has a pathway to design my future. I am very satisfied with my university.
Dislikes (Part time work): Since the country doesn't promote part time jobs, you should be aware that visa administration can be very strict about visa issues. There is an additional option to work as a tourist guide. You can translate your Indian driving license to drive. This is not an illegal job. You can also try to find work in Indian restaurants as a helper.

DTMU - The place which chases you to achieve your dreams.
Tips: They offer amazing scholarships to students who work for it, they also offer travel scholarships for conferences, and sometimes the scholarships are as good as the entire tuition, which is very rare for any other universities to offer, especially for foreign students. Student life is absolutely balanced and smooth. The best thing about this university is they never hold lectures for more than four hours hence letting students balance study life with other activities. They always ask students to present the previous day's material as a part of the curriculum which is a great way to retain and revise.
Dislikes (Quality of faculty): Faculty members are absolutely amazing. They're always accessible while at the campus and even via social media. A lot of teachers and professors are university pass outs hence understanding the pattern the university follows. Most of them are also USMLE pass outs hence matching to the standards.
