IMT Dubai- Good College for MBA

Tips: Things you should know before joining IMT Dubai Campus is that there are a lot of cultural shocks and life changes in Dubai and student life is comparatively strict. Please be ready for average placements. In other countries, students are usually prepared to step out and seek placements on their own. Students are given a total of 4-5 months post completion of their degree to seek placements and get the work visa.

Likes (Public transportation): The reason I rated high on public transportation is that we stayed inside the campus as IMT Dubai was a fully residential campus. But, the transportation outside the campus is pretty subtle and smooth. It is very cheap but almost free for students studying in Dubai.

Dislikes (Permanent Immigration): The reason I rated permanent immigration and settlement options as 1/5 is that Dubai is part of the Arab countries as none of the Arab countries offer any law for immigrants to settle permanently or apply for citizenship. You can work for years with a work visa but there's no law around citizenship.

IMT Dubai: a place of fun but average college.

Tips: Make sure you are financially strong. The ROI of the Dubai campus of IMT isn't good. Chances that you will get a good-paying job are rare. Very few students get good jobs. Also never take a loan because you won't be able to pay it via your job. The only perk of this college is the glamour of Dubai. You would have a great life.

It's also important to explore the campus culture, extracurricular activities, and student support services. Knowing about accommodation, food, and transport options can make the transition smoother. Transitioning to college was a mix of excitement and challenges. Adapting to a new academic pace, diverse peer groups and independent living required adjustment. If the college is in a different city or country, cultural differences in language, food, and social norms can be significant.

Likes (Internships): The institution provides ample guidance for securing internships through dedicated career counselling, resume-building workshops, and networking events. Professors and alumni are also approachable, offering valuable advice on applications and interview preparation. Additionally, the placement cell regularly shares internship openings and connects students with potential employers.

Dislikes (Quality of faculty): The campus is accessible, fun, and a great place to be. The teachers are amazing, the faculty is great, and the teaching methods they use are excellent. The teachers are mostly from India and around here.

A great life at a great college with high qualified faculty.

Tips: Before joining, students should research the college and its surroundings, check for videos available on the Internet about the college and course they feel to pursue, connect with seniors or people who have graduated from the university, and check the college ranking and placement ranking. The faculty is good, well managed and educated professors for teaching with well-equipped technology making teaching fun and learning with collaborations between students and professors for better understanding and learning with practical hands-on experience.

Likes (Student Life): The student life is great here. The student union takes care of many things. They are available 24/7 for assistance and support with the right guidance. Students feel safe and enjoy their daily work with enthusiasm. The university organises many different events for students to explore.
