Tips: Before joining RIT, students should be aware of various things, including internship opportunities, living expenses, university faculty, and the program outcome. Professors help get RA/TA positions, and that helps a student's profile stand out. There are many on-campus jobs available, including RAS and TAS, that students can apply for through the college's online portals. The professors are helpful, too. The university does a good job of letting students know about available jobs. In addition, the research experience you get as an RA or TA gives you an edge when you're applying for internships.
Dislikes (Internships): The university has portals where students can apply for internships. The university helps students with their applications and with resume building. There are also research assistantships and teaching assistantships available for students, and this research experience helps them with their future careers. Internships showcase your profile.

Definitely a multifaceted experience with lots of learning.
Tips: I have had a pretty positive experience here at Fordham and I have learnt a lot while studying here for which I am grateful. I would say that its location within NYC is one of its highlights but this can also make things rather expensive. The faculty is friendly and very understanding towards every student so feel free to reach out to them. Finally, make use of the student services and feedback forms to address your concerns.
Dislikes (Internships): The college has limited resources or connections when it comes to ensuring internships while studying here. You may have better luck on completion of your degree as it is increasingly competitive by the year and job opportunities as well as internships are limited.

Learned a lot under good faculty.
Tips: Fordham will really teach you how to multitask while also inculcating a sense of discipline. This can be attributed to the course loads and the expectations from them. Also, the class sizes are limited and professors are friendly and interactive too.
Dislikes (Indian Food): I feel there is no real replication of the food back home especially because I am a vegetarian and vegetarian options are limited even if they are from the same cuisine. Hence when it comes to food I have a different experience than others.
