Master of Science in Medical Device Regulatory Affairs - Batch of 2025
3.6
Easy going college for masters students but the tuition fees are way too much.
Tips: There was a cultural shift. Students here don't like outsiders much. They tend to pick on people of another ethnicity. I don't have any scholarships as such, but I did apply for them. I am satisfied with Ireland's culture, but the university is a bit unsatisfying for me since the master's course doesn't really provide much of a classroom experience. It is just assignments and stuff that were paying so much for it.
Likes (Safety): The campus is really good and has excellent safety options. There are lots of options for undergraduate students, but not much for Master's non-EU students planning their futures. The university’s services are also good. However, some courses need more classes and teaching.
Dislikes (Value for money): The tuition fees are way too much, and they don't include enough content for the price. Also, the additional expenses we carry are expensive. The tuition fees should not include tax for international students because it would be much more affordable for them if it did not. It is also hard to find part-time work, which makes managing expenses difficult.

Master of Science in Pharmaceutical Regulatory Affairs - Batch of 2025
5.0
The faculty are highly qualified and we have an amazing student life.
Tips: Everything is easy when you're working on it. You should be ready to face any challenges. Should adopt the mindset of working hard. If you have any work experience, you will get a job more quickly than a fresher. I'm satisfied with my study life and working life. I'm doing great at both. We have good opportunities in my course if you have previous experience, and this country and its people are very warm and respectful.
Likes (Part time work): We can enjoy our student life. In our class, there are also cultural fests where you can have fun. You can also balance your study life and your work life. One more important thing is you need to work more on your assignments for a good score. When you start planning to study abroad, make sure you are ready for any challenges.
Dislikes (Post study jobs): Well, my classes are in the evenings and they are two hours long. My faculty are very talented and have in-depth knowledge of the subjects. They guide us with our assignments and suggest techniques to help us complete them and get good grades. The faculty guides are qualified people who have worked at great universities in different regions.

Master of Science in Data Science and Analytics - Batch of 2023
Offered by Munster Technological University
2.5
A good tier-2 college, where self-study is a must.
Tips: I did get a scholarship of 3000 EURO once the application was filed, based on my profile, the university will provide the scholarship. With regard to teaching/ studying, it's more self-study that has to be done. Satisfied with the country, and especially County Cork- a very peaceful and easygoing place with humble people around.
Likes (Public transportation): Public transportation is good, and the frequency of buses from college to the city is good. It can still improve! Easily available modes of public transportation include buses, and there is a bus stop right on campus, which makes commuting very, very easy.
Dislikes (Permanent Immigration): We get a Stamp 1G visa, which is a work visa valid for 2 years. Within these 2 years, we should bag a job that will sponsor the Stamp 1 Visa. The majority of companies aren't aware that Stamp 1G gives the ability to work full-time 40 hours for the company, and they aren't ready to sponsor the Stamp 1 visa. Because of this, obtaining a visa to settle is very difficult.

Master of Science in Cybersecurity - Batch of 2023
Offered by Munster Technological University
4.9
Excellent student experience and totally worth the investment
Tips: For me, there was not much transition, as there were many Indians in my class/course and very few non-Indians. Yes, I availed myself of a scholarship from the university itself, which reduced my tuition fees. I am very satisfied with the course, as it aims for more hands-on learning, and the university is really good compared to other universities here in Ireland. Also, in general I really like it here, and especially Cork, where I am staying, as people are very friendly, polite, and welcoming. Never had any issues so far!
Likes (Part time work): There are lots of part-time opportunities available off-campus, and for this cybersecurity course, it's easily manageable along with the academics and even for any other course except for anyone choosing the AI course. Usually, it keeps increasing every year, and this year (2026) it's anywhere from 14 to 18 euros per hour.
Dislikes (Post study jobs): Well, it depends on the domain, and for cybersecurity there are a good number of companies that offer sponsored visas for work. Again, it depends on whether they've had prior work experience in this domain. For any other domains it's comparatively less, is what I have seen, but I'd say generally anyone with good years of experience in those domains, say 4+ years, has better job roles and salary packages offered in general.
