Bachelor of Pharmacy - Batch of 2024
2.9
The university is average and has low opportunities.
Tips: The course is good if you can’t get a seat through the NEET UG exam. It took me a while to adjust to the country, but it will get better. Students should know about the climate during the winter and come prepared. Make wise choices when making friends, because this can be helpful if you are alone abroad. Don't let this get you down, however, because the Georgian people can be a little unfriendly sometimes. I did not make use of any available scholarships. I was quite satisfied with the university and found that currently the curriculum is geared toward helping students prepare for the USMLE.
Likes (Public transportation): Public transportation is very famous in Georgia, especially in front of Tbilisi State Medical University where there's a bus stop and a metro station nearby that connects you to the main areas of Tbilisi. This makes getting around much easier and allows you to carry out the basic necessities without any discomfort. There are buses and metro trains available. Public transportation in Georgia is very convenient because they offer student discounts when using metro cards. It can cost as little as 0.2 Tetri for a one-way trip on the bus or metro. You also get to ride for free if you reenter the station within an hour of getting off.
Dislikes (Permanent Immigration): There's a very low chance of permanent immigration /settlement in Georgia or else you should be very versed in their local language. It is always better to come back to your home country after the graduation period because there are more job opportunities outside of Georgia. No, I would not permanently immigrate to Georgia even if I had the chance.

Bachelor of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation - Batch of 2030
4.3
Tbilisi State Medical University provides us with a lot of internship opportunities.
Tips: I found it easy to adjust to life at Tbilisi State Medical University because of my multicultural background. However, it is important to be disciplined and trust in yourself. I came here alone to start a new life, and I was able to survive because of the changes I made when I left school. It is best to leave the school life behind because life here is completely different. There are scholarship opportunities, and the faculty offers many options for students to pursue. Public transportation is very convenient, easy to access, and affordable. It's also clean and well-maintained. The buses and metro are fast, and there is a separate lane for buses, which makes it easier and faster to reach my destination. Overall, I am quite satisfied with my experiences.
Dislikes (Permanent Immigration): My main reason for being here is to study medicine. I have no plans to stay in this country permanently because I want to be with my family. The chances of me settling here permanently are quite slim because of the language barrier.

MSc Artificial Intelligence and Data Science - Batch of 2027
Offered by Deggendorf Institute of Technology
4.5
A practical and independent learning experience in Germany for tech students.
Tips: Before joining THD, students should know that self-motivation is key, as the system is more research and project-oriented. Knowing basic German also helps with part-time jobs and integration. After coming here, I experienced a cultural shift in terms of independence, punctuality, and academic freedom.
Dislikes (Post study jobs): While there are opportunities in Germany, especially for tech fields like AI, the process can be slow due to language barriers and visa sponsorship limitations. Many companies prefer candidates with strong German skills, although some multinational firms do sponsor visas.

Deggendorf Institute of Technology focuses on academics and its culture.
Tips: Students considering DIT should know that it emphasizes practical learning and offers excellent support for international students. However, adapting to the cultural shift may involve adjusting to Germany's punctuality, independence, and quiet social setting. Scholarships, such as DAAD or merit-based options, are available with varying allowances.
Likes (Quality of faculty): The faculty at DIT are highly qualified and approachable and provide personalized support to students. They use practical hands-on teaching methods, blending theory with real-world applications. The diverse faculty, including international experts, enhances global perspectives in education.
Dislikes (Student Life): Student life at DIT is vibrant and multicultural. It offers students modern facilities, a supportive learning environment, and diverse extracurricular activities. Students enjoy a mix of academics and recreation, with events such as cultural festivals, sports tournaments, and career fairs. The campus fosters a sense of community through international clubs, technology-focused groups, and language exchange programs, allowing students to connect with each other and their studies.

Good placement rate at this university.
Tips: Students must check their curriculum briefly to get an idea of what they will be learning in their upcoming years. Some programs require you to pass an assessment test before getting enrolled in your selected program. They should prepare themselves for the upcoming challenges.
Likes (Post study jobs): They have a pretty good placement rate after course completion. It is beneficial for students that they are getting employment just after finishing their course. There are many large companies too which students are getting placed into. They can visit Munich for better job opportunities.
Dislikes (Part time work): It's difficult to find part-time here. The first requirement would be the German language otherwise it would be problematic for an individual. The city does not have enough companies in which students can work part-time but still it is possible to find one.
