Ras al-Khaimah has a unique geography because it has a coastline that stretches for more than 120 kilometres along the Persian Gulf. This makes it a popular destination for tourists from all over the world who are looking to experience both desert and sea at once.
  • Sharjah - It is located along the southern coast of the Persian Gulf on the Arabian Peninsula, about 200 kilometres east of Dubai. The emirate borders Abu Dhabi to its southwest; Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, and Ras Al Khaimah to its west; and Fujairah to its north. It shares a maritime border with Iran.
