MS in Molecular Biology and Physiology at University of Greifswald Highlights
- In the course of the programme, the aim is to deepen the previous knowledge from the Bachelor's programme in theory and practice. Specialisation modules offer the opportunity to expand basic knowledge of molecular, microbiological and cell biology as well as physiology. In addition to an appropriate breadth of content, the modules are intended to enable a professional specialization, which is successfully completed by a master's thesis.
- As the core of the Master's programme, in-depth and advanced modules are offered with increasing specialisation, whereby three modules must be taken in each case with free choice. By choosing appropriate specialization modules, there is the possibility to make up for any missing course content. An internship is intended to give students insights into possible future activities, while a research internship in a working group of their own choice prepares the experimental thesis.
