- Candidates seeking access to the Postgraduate Diploma of Science in Pharmaceutical Business Management programmes are required to hold either
- A Level 8 Honours Degree, 2.2H or higher, in Pharmacy, Science, Business or equivalent discipline
- A level 8 Honours Degree, 2.2H or higher, in a non-business related discipline, with the following conditions
- Candidates with significant business/management experience may apply through our APEL route, in line with college policy
- Candidates who have no management experience will be assessed as to their prior learning
- Where appropriate, candidates will be directed to take an additional module during semester one: Finance for Non-Financial Managers. This module is intended to prepare learners from non-business backgrounds to engage with the accounting learning outcomes in Module 12: Management Accounts and Control in semester two
- A level 8 Honours Degree, 2.2H or higher, in a business related non-STEM discipline, with the following conditions
- Candidates with significant pharmaceutical experience may apply through our APEL route, in line with college policy
- Candidates who have no pharmaceutical experience but who hold a business-related degree will be assessed as to their prior learning. Where appropriate, candidates will be directed to take an additional module during semester one: Introduction to Pharmaceutical Industry. This module is intended to prepare learners from general business backgrounds for the pharmaceutical learning outcomes during this Postgraduate Diploma programme
- Applicants over the age of 23 may apply on the basis of previous work experience and a demonstration of commitment to further studies (Applicants under the age of 23 are required to meet the minimum entry requirements)
- Each candidates application will be considered individually in accordance with the Colleges QQI approved quality assurance procedures
- Candidates holding relevant alternative qualifications and those with related experiential learning will be considered under the Colleges RPL policy

- If English is not your native language you must show that your English level is of a suitable standard, i.e. a minimum of 6.5 IELTS score or equivalent

Felt like studying in a strict school.
Tips: Learn some cooking. The weather is too unpredictable; if you love training and can weather it, you can survive here. Scholarships are kind of easy to get over here at the university. I got my scholarship through my agency. I'm satisfied with my course as it was a demanding one.
Likes (Safety): Dublin is a safe place, no comment about it. I have heard news starting that some Hindu students were getting attacked but personally I felt so safe and there are a lot of indian students and working professionals over here so you'll always feel like being surrounded by your people and also Dublin is a busy city, kind of like a zen mode city, they just mind their own business.
Dislikes (Student Life): The college feels like a school, other universities are comparatively more lenient but my course has college daily and strict attendance is also followed. The University faculty members are also PhD students so basically you have to do all the learning; you can't rely on someone to teach you.

Tips: I transitioned smoothly with support from faculty and peers though adapting to a new academic culture took time. I did not avail a scholarship. I am highly satisfied with the university, course quality and Ireland.
Likes (Permanent Immigration): My day includes lectures, group work, and library study. I enjoy the interactive learning and diverse campus life most. The college hosts academic, cultural, and career events, which I attend regularly. Student clubs include academic, cultural, and professional communities.

Limited internship opportunities.
Tips: Scholarships are available according to our marks. There is also a cultural difference at the beginning; later, we will be used to it. Moreover, the people out here are too friendly and helpful. If we need any help, we can also ask the professors, who are also very friendly.
Likes (Public transportation): Public transportation is good and they are on time as shown in Google maps. The city is well connected to various transportation such as Luas(Metro), Rail and Bus. I feel Luas is better and easier to reach on time because buses can sometimes be delayed due to traffic on roads.
Dislikes (Internships): The internships are a little difficult to find because recently in Ireland, a lot of students are there and opportunities are few. In Ireland, we need to apply for jobs one year before only then can we crack the job process faster. Additionally, for freshers, the companies ' graduate programs is really helpful for the students.

Diverse and student friendly campus.
Tips: Choosing this course was my best choice. I believe it is quite intense, also paced perfectly. The duration is longer compared to other universities but regular classes make sure that we study everything in depth and have enough time to reflect. Scholarships are based on the marks we got before applying to this university.
Likes (Student Life): College is nice and a lot of international students are very friendly. We have many celebrations in university and I participate when it suits me. We celebrate all the festivals equally and it brings us closer as a community. Clubs & communities are of a wide range of variety and can be joined based on interests.
Dislikes (Indian Food): We don't have many options here so mostly I'm cooking at home. But considering the famous cuisine, Dublin has major options and I like to try them all. The groceries for my staple food are available in other Asian stores.

Tips: College is strict in academics. You should follow the rules strictly while doing your assignments and work, and if you would like to avail any scholarship, the college will help you in that. The best place to experience a different number of cultures and traditions.
Likes (Safety): We will be able to access anything through our college student card, so that's a great opportunity, we can explore many things, and we will have possible ways to improve our networking through interacting with people who come from different regions.
Dislikes (Permanent Immigration): My college professors are friendly and approachable anytime. We will be having a college mail ID. Using this ID, we can contact them any time if we have any issues, and mostly we will be able to sort out all the doubts in the class itself, as they explain everything in detail.
