Post-Study Work in Ireland
Once an Indian student completes a Level 8 or a Level 9 course at IBAT, Indian graduates can apply for a post-study work permit of 12 months without needing a job and they may go for employment in any sector. This PSW can be renewed for a further 12 months. If employed in a skilled worker category, the visa can be converted to a Stamp 1 or Critical Skills Employment Permit. After 5 years of legal residence, Irish PR becomes available for Indian students.
