Great value, top-class education.
Tips: It was initially challenging to adjust to the weather, as the winters can be harsh. Additionally, there are cultural differences between Eastern Europe and Western Europe/Asia. Merit-based scholarships of 50% and 100% are available. Overall, I am very satisfied with Vilnius, Lithuania, and VGTU.
Likes (Post study jobs): Vilnius offers the best student life. A small city with a big city vibe. There are many activities in winter and summer. Lots of student-organised trips. Many different nationalities of students are present and makes it a very open and friendly campus.
Dislikes (Permanent Immigration): The new engineering campuses are all located near each other and are very close to the dorms. The facilities are new and state-of-the-art. There is a strong focus on practical learning and lab work. While the faculty is mostly Lithuanian, there are a few teachers of different nationalities.

Keep this only as a backup option
Tips: The university is mediocre at best. Only come here if you want to do nothing and get a meaningless degree. There isn't a good level of mentorship by teachers, no examination invigilation and a very rare sense of care by students. Only come here if you want to waste your time and party.
Likes (Student Life): A really fun experience and a lot of things to do. There are a lot of international students and a lot of places to visit. It is cheap to visit other cities and even countries, there are many cafes here and bars too. There are other sports-related parks here which are really fun as well.
Dislikes (Indian Food): There aren't many food options. Restaurants aren't very good. In terms of food it's usually pretty bland with no spices. Would recommend home cooking and learning new dishes.
A lot of cooking would also require utensils which you can get here at a good price.

Best international experience!
Tips: You need to get clothing according to the weather here, so don't get bulk of clothes from your home country. Also, no need to buy books. University dorms are pretty good and study is also good. Try to get cutlery from your home country. Try applying for visa in advance. If not possible then don't worry, university takes online classes as well. You can participate in those till you reach the university.
Likes (Safety): No problem occurred during my stay. The university was helpful. I got to stay in dorm. Even though the university is giving dorms, if you want to stay outside then there are tons of places available and the safety is proper at all places. Police can be found at every corner. I have not seen a single robbery or theft during my stay. I felt pretty safe even while going out in dark.
Dislikes (Part time work): Part-time work is easy to get. Time limit is not counted for delivery jobs. It is considered as freelancing so you can work for more than 20 hours per week. You don't need to have reference for getting a job. It's pretty simple to get job in Wolt or Bolt. You can also get job at a grocery store.
