National College of Ireland reveals INR 75 Lakh Scholarships for Indian PG Students

The scholarships aimed at reducing tuition costs were announced at a special event in New Delhi, as the college celebrated its 75^th anniversary.

The National College of Ireland (NCI) has announced scholarships worth INR 75 Lakhs for Indian students about to enroll in Master’s courses at the Dublin-based college. The announcement was made at an event in New Delhi, organized to strengthen the academic collaboration between India and Ireland on February 28. Kevin Kelly, Ambassador of Ireland to India, was among those present at the event along with several senior educational partners & leaders.

The scholarships will be awarded to high-achieving Indian students who need funds to pursue their studies in Ireland. NCI President Gina Quin said that the initiative reflected the college’s commitment to supporting talented Indian students in their journey to build a sustainable career in Ireland.

What courses will the scholarships cover?

The NCI Ireland INR 75 Lakh scholarships will apply to Master’s courses in Business, Computing, and Psychology. These are high-demand fields of the Dublin job market that are eager to hire skilled professionals who can drive the country’s economy forward.

Who can apply for NCI Scholarships?

Any Indian student who meets the conditions below can apply for the NCI Dublin Scholarships.

• Holds an admission offer for a full-time PG program in Business, Psychology, or Computing
• Maintains a strong academic track record
• Demonstrates financial need
• Proves proficiency in English
• Has prior work experience in the relevant industry

NCI Ireland is a state-funded higher education institute in Dublin that enrolls over 6,500 students from 80 countries in its degree and diploma programs across fields like Business, Computing, Healthcare, and Education. It is one of the top 20 colleges in Ireland and has an employment rate of 96%.

The college already offers several academic and sports scholarships to Indian students across the UG, PG, and Diploma levels. These scholarships cover tuition costs between INR 2.2 Lakhs and INR 5.4 Lakhs per year.  The college has taken another step in its efforts to bring fresh Indian talent to its campus with this announcement.
