Strathclyde Business School Offers Glasgow 850 International Masters Scholarship

Study in UK: The value of the scholarship is between £6,000 and £8,000. The application deadline for the 850 International Masters Scholarship is July 31, 2025.
Study Abroad: The University of Strathclyde is offering the Glasgow 850 International Masters Scholarship. These scholarships are announced to celebrate the 850th anniversary of the city of Glasgow. The scholarships will be available to students who will join the Strathclyde Business School in the MSc programme to commence in September 2025.
The last date to apply for this scholarship is July 31, 2025. It is provided towards the tuition fees. Depending on the subject and course fee, the scholarship is worth between £6,000 to £8,000.
There is no separate application required for the Glasgow 850 International Masters Scholarship, candidates with the programme offer will automatically be considered for this scholarship and the selection criteria will be the overall quality of the MSc programme application. The scholarships are being awarded starting from January 2025 end, on a rolling basis. The applicants get notified about whether they are selected for these scholarships or not within one week of receiving the programme offer.
Eligibility Criteria For Glasgow 850 International Masters Scholarship
The following are the eligibility criteria:
The candidates must be self-funded and not getting any other scholarships.
They must hold an SBS MSc programme offer for the September 2025 intake.
At the University of Strathclyde, students are only eligible for one scholarship per academic year.
Students of blended and online modes of programmes are not eligible for this scholarship.
The eligible subjects include Entrepreneurship, Economics, Business, Accounting & Finance, Human Resource Management, Hospitality & tourism, Management Science, Management and Marketing.
University of Strathclyde Holds ‘Growing the Space Economy’ Event
The Ireland and Scotland experts gathered at the University of Strathclyde’s Technology & Innovation Centre for the ‘Growing the Space Economy’ event. During the event, the University of Strathclyde and University College Dublin signed an agreement to support partnerships in space-related research and activities. UCD’s Vice President for Research, Innovation, and Impact, Professor Kate Robson Brown and Professor Stephen McArthur, Associate Principal and Executive Dean of Engineering at Strathclyde signed the agreement.
Professor McArthur said, “Scotland is a prime example of how collaboration and partnership can grow a strong space industry and space research. At the University of Strathclyde, we take great pride in playing a key role in the growth of Scotland’s vibrant space sector, and we are honoured to support UCD in shaping Ireland's sector in a similar way."
