Scholarships are renewable with an annual GPA of 10.0 (A- standing).
For Bachelor of Science in Nursing Students in a 3 year compressed Honours degree:
Admission Average: 95-100% so applicant will get (Fall/Winter Session) $4,000 x 3 years, 1st Summer Semester: $2,000, 2nd Summer Semester:$2,000 and that is $16,000
Admission Average: 90-94.9% so applicant will get (Fall/Winter Session) $3,000 x 3 years, 1st Summer Semester: $1,500, 2nd Summer Semester:$1,500 and that is $12,000
Admission Average: 85-89.9% so applicant will get (Fall/Winter Session) $2,000 x 3 years, 1st Summer Semester: $1,000, 2nd Summer Semester:$1,000 and that is $8,000
Admission Average: 80-84.9% so applicant will get (Fall/Winter Session) $1,000 x 3 years, 1st Summer Semester: $500, 2nd Summer Semester:$500 and that is $4,000

Eligibility
If applicant have been admitted to the to Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN) with an admissions average of 80 percent or better, they will automatically be considered for a renewable entrance scholarship at the time of admission.
The admissions average university use is calculated from the grades submitted by their high school in support of their application.
Entrance scholarships are offered for fall entry only.
Applicant may be offered a renewable entrance scholarship provided their are entering Carleton for the first time from high school or CEGEP and have no previous attendance at post-secondary educational institutions (college or university).
Entrance scholarship offers are not assessed or reassessed on final high school grades.
BScN students who meet the course load and GPA requirements to renew the entrance scholarship will be awarded the Bachelor of Science in Nursing Award for the first two summer semesters of full-time enrollment.
General admission requirement:
The Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD) or equivalent including a minimum of six 4U or M courses including English, Advanced Functions, Biology, and Chemistry.
General English Language Tests:
Internet Based (iBT) TOEFL: 86 (22 in writing and speaking, 20 reading and listening)
IELTS (Academic): 6.5 IELTS (min 6.0 each band)
Pearson Test of English (PTE) Academic: 60 (min 60 in each Communicative Skill)
Duolingo English Test (DET): Tests written before July 1, 2024: 120 or above, with no integrated subscore below 95. OR, Tests written on or after July 1, 2024:120 or above, and minimum of 120 in production plus no other integrated subscore below 95.
