Eligibility
Applicants must meet the following criteria:
Applicants must be full-time students
Applicants must be international or out of state students, not receiving in state tuition rate
Applicants must have completed preparatory or undergraduate education in East Asia or Southeast Asia
Applicants must be admitted to pursue an undergraduate or graduate degree in the College
Applicants must have a cumulative GPA of not less than 3.6
Applicants must have financial need as described in a statement about work history since they have become students at the University and the inability of family to provide financial support towards attaining a degree
Preference will be given to following candidates:
Preference will be given to students majoring in Electrical Engineering
