• The Faculty of IT International Merit Scholarship is a Sir John Monash Fee Scholarship
• This scholarship is for international students committed to studying at the Faculty of Information Technology at Monash.
• It aims to attract and reward high achieving international students from India, Sri Lanka and Bangladesh to the faculty.
• This scholarship serves dual purposes: it recognises excellence in achievement of our international students, whilst enriching our community by fostering diversity.

• 20% off tuition fees paid for the duration of the course. (Tuition Fees for one year- $52400)
• To retain this scholarship:
  • Applicants must maintain a Weighted Average Mark (WAM) of 70 each semester.
  • Applicants will be required to participate in at least one Marketing and/or Scholarship promotional activities, which include attending official scholarship functions and participating in marketing activities and networking events.

Eligibility

• Applicants must be an international student.

• Applicants must be a citizen of and currently studying in India, Sri Lanka or Bangladesh.

• Applicants must be completing your final year (equivalent Australian Year 12) offshore.
• International students currently studying Australian Year 12 onshore (in Australia) may be eligible for the Sir John Monash Scholarship for Excellence.
• ATAR score (or international equivalent) of 90+ for local A-Level / IB / CBSE awards.

• Selection criteria : Awarded based on academic achievement

• The course eligibility varies from course to course, students need to check the course pages & fulfill them.
