Eligibility

  • To be eligible for the scholarship, applicants must meet the following criteria:
    • Be commencing an undergraduate or postgraduate coursework degree in the Faculty of Science and Engineering in Session 1 2025
    • Be a female-identifying student.
    • Intend to study Full-Time and internally (i.e. on campus).
    • Demonstrated record of high academic achievement.
    • Can demonstrate the ability to work hard to achieve their goals.
  • Short-listed applicants may be contacted to attend an informal interview with representatives of Macquarie University.

Preference will be given to following candidates:

  • Preference will be given to students who can demonstrate hardship or disadvantage. Examples include (but are not limited to) financial disadvantage, non-English speaking background, geographic disadvantage and disability.
