Scholarship Overview

Global Excellence Scholarship is awarded for pursuing MEngSc Engineering Management,MEngSc Materials Science and Engineering,MEngSc Electronic & Computer Engineering at University College Dublin. A student can get a maximum amount of Euro 26400 and the scholarship amount will be given one time only. The scholarship amount can be used for paying tuition.

This scholarship is applicable for the following courses in University College Dublin in Ireland

• MEngSc Engineering Management
  MEngSc Materials Science and Engineering
• MEngSc Electronic & Computer Engineering

• The following programs are excluded from the Global Excellence Scholarship scheme:
  • Online programmes
  • Part-time programmes
  • Clinical programmes
  • Off-shore campus programmes

Conversion rate used: 1 Euro = Rs. 111.30 (last updated 5th May 2026)

• There are a limited number of 100% and 50% tuition fee scholarships available to outstanding students entering eligible UCD programs
• The Global Excellence Scholarship is payable only toward the tuition fees of the successful candidate
• Tuition fees range between €13200 - €27720

Eligibility

• Applicants must have Offer, Conditional Offer, Accept, or Conditional Accept status associated with their application
• An applicant must not have applied to any other tuition scholarship
• Applicants must be self-funding
• Global Excellence Scholarships are automatically renewed each year of a program, on condition that the student maintains a Stage GPA of 3.08/4.20 and meets the program
  progression and credit requirements within one academic year, or the first attempt of a given stage
