International Legacy Scholarship at the Tennessee Technological University are designed to provide financial assistance to talented students from all over the world who wish to pursue their studies. This Merit Based scholarship covers tuition of candidates. This is a Merit Based scholarship offering 1000 USD majorly covering the tuition. This scholarship offers to contribute towards the course. The number of awards Varies depending upon the university each year. There are several eligibility criteria for the scholarships. Students must have taken the 12th grade to be eligible for this scholarship.

Eligibility

• To be eligible for this scholarship, students must meet the following criteria:
  • Be admitted to TTU as a full-time, degree-seeking student;
  • Have or plan to have an F-1 or J-1 student visa;
  • Have a minimum grade point average of 3.0;
  • Submit at least two letters of recommendation
• The student must maintain 12 credit hours each semester with a 3.0 cumulative GPA (for renewal)

Application Process for this scholarship

• Originals or certified copies of all marked sheets, transcripts, diplomas and certificates from high school or other academic institutions
• Submit adequate evidence of financial support to cover the cost of attendance for at least one full year of studies 
• Copy of passport
• Submit Proof English Language Proficiency
• Submit at least two letters of recommendation

Students are encouraged to submit scholarship applications as soon as they are admitted to TTU. An application cannot be reviewed until the applicant is admitted to the university. Applications received after the deadline will not be reviewed
