  • University won't be able to offer you this scholarship if you:
    • Studied a Pre-master’s course at the University of Liverpool International College
    • Are joining a PGCert, Professional Doctorate (including DDSc awards), MPhil, MArch, or PhD.

Eligibility

  • To receive this scholarship, you'll need to:

    • Have a First Class or equivalent undergraduate degree.
    • Pay tuition fees for the course yourself at the international rate
    • Be joining a full or part-time postgraduate taught master’s course, including MRes, at our Liverpool campus in the academic year 2026/27
    • Accept your offer of a place and pay your deposit by the advertised deadlines.

     

  • New international students, as well as current University of Liverpool international students, are eligible for this scholarship. This includes:

    • Undergraduate students
    • Study abroad and exchange students
    • Students who have completed a University of Liverpool degree at Xi’an Jiaotong Liverpool University
    • International alumni of the University.

     

  • University won't be able to offer you this scholarship if you:

    • Studied a Pre-master’s course at the University of Liverpool International College
    • Are having your fees paid by a sponsor, such as a government, commercial organisation or employer, on your behalf
    • Are joining a PGCert, Professional Doctorate (including DDSc awards), MPhil, MArch, or PhD.

  • Applicants from India must have following scores to take the admission into the postgraduate course in Liverpool.
    • 78% or above for BTech/BEngg/BE (Engineering) graduates
    • 75% or above for BSc, BCom, BBA, BMS (Pure Science and Commerce/ Management) graduates
    • 70% or above for BA (Arts and Humanities) graduates

Application Process for this scholarship

  • No application is necessary. The scholarship will be awarded to all eligible students who meet the criteria.

  • Once our Admissions team receive and process your undergraduate academic results, any scholarships you'll be awarded will be confirmed in writing.

Students will be auto-considered for this scholarship when they apply for the courses on which this scholarship is applicable. No separate application is needed.
