Manchester Metropolitan University General Scholarships- UG is offered by the Manchester Metropolitan University. This scholarship is for pursuing a Bachelors Degree, The Manchester Metropolitan University General Scholarships- UG is given one-time to a multiple students each year. This scholarship awards a maximum of GBP 2000 per student and is used to cover tuition. Under this scholarship some students get their full tuition fee waived. To be eligible for this grant, applicants must have taken the 12th grade. Students from abroad must take English proficiency exams like IELTS, PTE in order to be eligible for this award.

Eligibility

  • Applicants must have both:
    • passed Standard XII with a good grade
    • and the Higher Secondary School Certificate
  • Applicants must hold an offer for a full-time, taught undergraduate degree programme at Manchester Metropolitan University
  • Applicants must be self-funding and classified as overseas students for tuition fee purposes
  • Applicants must successfully meet any conditions set for entry onto the programme.
  • Applicants must meet the english language skills i.e IELTS overall score 6.0 with no score lower than 5.5 and PTE overall score 61, with no less than 59 in any section

Additional Information

  • The Scholarship is only available for each year of study for 120 credits (pro-rata for part-time over the number of years the course is being studied, up to a maximum of five years) and where the full overseas fee is charged.
  • The Scholarship will be awarded as a reduction in fees for overseas students commencing their study in Academic Year 2022/23 and in consecutive years of eligible study
