Eligibility

• The applicant must:
  • be a Canadian citizen, a permanent resident, a person with the protected/refugee status or an international student;
  • be registered as a full-time student in a B.A. or M.A. program at the School of International Development and Global Studies at the Faculty of Social Sciences of the University of Ottawa;
  • have achieved a CGPA of at least 7.5;
  • demonstrate financial need, as determined by the Financial Aid and Awards Service of the University of Ottawa;
  • demonstrate a continuing interest in community service, and/or volunteer activities;
  • travel abroad as part of their program requirements
