  • The Vice-Chancellor of King’s College London, Shitij Kapur, is pleased to offer up to 40 awards, each of £5,000, to India-domiciled students starting their first on-campus postgraduate degree in September 2026 in the following faculties:

  • Scholarships will cover a tuition fee reduction of £5,000. 
  • The awards will be applied to the selected students’ tuition fee accounts as a fee reduction. They will not be available against any other costs, and no cash equivalent will be offered. Any residual tuition fee liability must be met by the recipient.

Eligibility

  • The awards are available to India-domiciled students studying a first postgraduate degree at King’s, in one of the faculties named above. It is only valid for full time, on campus study, and only for courses starting in September 2026.

  • Prospective students must have accepted their study in order to be eligible to apply for the award. Deposits must be paid by the deadline stated on the offer.

Application Process for this scholarship

  • Eligible students will be given the opportunity to apply for the awards when they are made an offer for their chosen course.

  • They will be invited to submit brief answers to a series of questions set by King’s. Faculties will review the answers, alongside the applicant’s academic credentials, and make the awards accordingly.
