- River Campus: River Campus is one of a kind campus devoted exclusively to theater, dance, music, and art in Missouri. At the River Campus, which has a view of the Mississippi River, students can find studios, classrooms, and creative areas as well as performance spaces, a residence hall, and other students who are all working on their skills.
- Sikeston Campus: At Sikeston Campus, the entire classroom, lab, administrative, and student space on the is housed in a single building. On site, there are numerous full-time academic programs in addition to general education requirements. In fields close to the school, the Department of Agriculture keeps an irrigation system with a 200-foot radius pivot that is privately funded. Furthermore, the Autism Center maintains a second location on campus.
