Linkoping university, a friendly city with lots of international students.
Tips: Be open to new experiences. Try to learn the local language for better interaction with the locals. Be forward when looking for thesis or internship work. Course examinations are not very hard, marking system is forgiving. Grades do not matter a lot. Spend more time planning next steps and looking ahead.
Likes (Public transportation): Well connected and a small city. Can skip all costs and depend on a cycle purchase for most travel within the city. Buses run regularly. Taxis are expensive but available. You can rent a bike. You may drive the first 6 months with a valid International license.
Dislikes (Part time work): Hard to find part time work outside of delivery. Looking for part time is fully on the individual. Most other jobs require local language skills. Average payout is on a per-hour basis. From 100 to 200 sek based on the job. Easy to manage part time with academics if good at planning.
