Great choice for people serious about starting a career in culinary arts.
Tips: Excellent practical classes and well detailed demos for recipe are available. Get ready to be tired after school each day as working in the kitchen can be really exhausting. Courses are nothing like regular cooking classes. You are graded for each class every day.
Likes (Value for money): The college is expensive as compared to other culinary schools. But Le Cordon bleu is one of the best culinary arts institutions in the world and studying here has made me realize why. Everything you do and every ingredient you use is of the highest available standard.
Dislikes (Part time work): Students are not allowed to work part time in Thailand as a student. Thailand does not allow students to work part time. If you want to work or intern then you need to change your visa type, as the regular student visa has restrictions on working and can even lead to being deported.
