TOEFL score of 85 is acceptable for admission to MAHE Dubai. University accepts TOEFL score of 85 - 98 for EEC. Manipal Academy also accepts IELTS with minimum score of 5.0. The university also offers an English Enhancement Course (EEC), which is a comprehensive English learning programme designed to enhance students' overall English proficiency.

Manipal Dubai offers UG, PG, PhD and certificate programs in specializations like architecture & design, Engineering, Humanities & social sciences, Information sciences, Life sciences, Management, Media & communication and international students have to pay the application fee of INR 71K for UG and INR 37K for PG, Ph.D., and certificate programs.
