A compulsory two week induction is required for all students, unless they can evidence the successful completion of either:
- an LLB or equivalent; or
- a minimum of 3 legal modules, worth at least 80 QCFcredits that must include;
- English Legal System
- Contract Law
- Law of Tort
- Students are only required to submit a certifying statement if their certificate does not clearly state that all four components of Speaking, Listening, Readingand Writing have been undertaken
