As an Indian student, you can apply either via the UCAS application portal for UG courses or the MyCambridge application for PG courses. You would have to provide certain documents to verify your identity and qualifications, along with your Cambridge University application. To submit the same, you would have to pay the University of Cambridge Application fee around GBP 60 (INR 7.2 K) for UG, GBP 85 (INR 10.2 K) for PG, and GBP 20 (INR 2.4 K) for doctoral courses.

Cambridge University Undergraduate Requirements

Cambridge University Masters Requirements
