Tips: 1. There was a cultural shift; one can face problems with accents. You have to be on your toes with adaptability, as this will lead you to break down the doors of opportunity. 2. Yes, I got a 1000 GBP scholarship that will be based on IELTS. 3. 90% satisfied with the university, 90% with the course, and 70% with the country.

Likes (Quality of faculty): Our faculty members are highly supportive and are very much committed to making sure that they provide you with all kinds of support in your professional life. This would include providing you with assistance regarding your employment within our organisation, as well as how you can succeed in interviews.

Dislikes (Post study jobs): Companies are not directly giving sponsor visas. It depends on one's skills and experience. There was no on-campus placement. There is an app, Handshake, where you have to find relevant roles; otherwise, recruiters will contact you based on your profile.

Faculties and study will match your high expectation.

Tips: If students want to shop and site seeing on a frequent basis, then don't choose this university, as I hear a lot of students complaining the same. London may be just 30 mins away from here, but the expensive tickets would make you think twice before moving out of the city frequently. Talking about the studies and the faculties, you can keep high expectation since the tuition fee and off-campus accommodation is more affordable compared to other colleges in London. One thing to note after applying, do not apply BRP receiving at university address, always chose to collect it from the post office. Local post shall deliver it to you within a few days. University may take up to a month to sort and issue the BRP to the students.

Dislikes (Public transportation): Public transportations are pretty expensive here. It's always better to walk or buy a cycle. It takes a passenger to pay first and then move to the seating area, which makes it pretty frustrating when there's a long queue to board the bus. But we have no other choice other than opt for public transport to cover long distances.

Can be better than expected

Tips: Please sort the accommodation out and make sure not to choose the university campus, as it is very costly can stay in places like St Albans and Watford, where part-time job opportunities are great and close to university, also affordable to stay, and many Indians.

Likes (Post study jobs): I got placed in Deloitte right after my graduation, not a campus placement, but then yes, I secured a position as a project financial controller and completed 1 year this month, so I would say it all depends upon skill set and job experience that matters more.

Dislikes (Value for money): I would say it is reasonable compared to other universities, but then you can get quality education in India for the amount you spend here and get placed in good universities. Many people come here and get stuck because of a lack of part-time opportunities.
