- Generally, we ask for a minimum of 2.2 Bachelor (Hons) or international equivalent. However, we also accept applicants with one of the following: Successful completion of a CIPD Intermediate Level 5 Diploma. Appropriate professional qualifications in another business discipline (e.g. marketing, finance, accounting, psychology). Relevant professional experience that will enable them to fully participate in and complete the course. Applicants who have been successfully assessed against the CIPD standards at other centres will normally be granted admission with approval of prior learning. I.e. they can be granted exemption from modules that are the same or similar to those they have already passed at another CIPD centre. In order to ensure our students have a rich learning and student experience, most of our programmes have a mix of domestic and international students. We reserve the right to close applications early to either group, if application volumes suggest that this blend cannot be achieved. In addition, existing undergraduate students at the University of Hull have a guaranteed ‘Fast Track’ route to any postgraduate programme, subject to meeting the entry criteria (excluding Social Work).
