The Cornish Commons at CityU is a state-of-the-art 20-story residence hall that offers a variety of housing options to international students. The City University of Seattle accommodations offer various amenities such as: a shared community kitchen, art studio, TV lounge, pool table, fireplace, fitness center, laundry facility etc. CityU offers five types of resident rooms: two-person, three-person, single & super-single rooms, as well as two-person rooms with Kitchens. Each room has a bathroom with its own toilet and shower.
The quarterly housing rate includes a $200 meal plan, so students need not pay for the same additionally. The rates for accommodation at Cornish Common, valid for July 2025 – June 2026, are as follows:
