Felician University History
The Felician University was founded by the Order of Felician Sisters in 1923, in Lodi, New Jersey, under the name: Immaculate Conception Normal School, with the sole aim of training teachers in the region.
The institute went on to evolve into a teaching college by 1935, a junior college by 1941, & was incorporated under the laws of the State of New Jersey by 1942.
