- Copy of I.D. page that includes passport number, picture, name, date of birth, sex, place of birth, date issued, and the expiration date
- Official Transcripts from the university/college from where applicants earned their bachelors degree

- Complete this financial form which must indicate that $19,192 will be available to cover his/her expenses during the first year of study at FHSU
- Proof of English Proficiency test scores
- Personal Statement indicating major area of study and the exact interest within the major including some of the professional and/or career goals and pertinent past work experience
- Official GRE/GMAT scores must be submitted where required
- Students can opt for a Tuition Installment Plan
- For Fall and Spring semesters, tuition is divided into three equal installments. For the Summer term tuition is divided into two equal installments
