Lakeland University also offers an associate degree program at the two-year international campus in Tokyo, Japan.
Lakeland University is an experiential education foundation. It believes the most ideal approach to learn is by blending knowledge with training. At the residential campus, students can win their degree while gaining 12-18 months of professional work understanding. Students have a pathway to graduate in four years with practically zero educational cost. The adult learners procure their degree while shuffling professions and families. The flexible delivery allows these students to win credit in the study hall and their work environment. In addition, it offers creative pathways for degree completion.
The Sheboygan County Scholars programme is an initiative of Lakeland University with help from the Sheboygan County Chamber of Commerce. The objective of the programme is to hold the region's most encouraging youngsters and prepare them to accept future leadership positions within the region.
Financial aid and scholarship programs administered by the university include Pell Grant (ranges from $596 to $5,920 and the award depends on need), Supplemental Educational Opportunity Grant (SEOG) (ranges from $200 to $2,500 and the award depends on need), and Federal Work-Study (offers a grant of up to $2,500 and is a work program granted to high need recipients. Students work on campus for 10 hours each week). Also, the university offers the Stafford Direct Loan Program (Subsidized and Unsubsidized) ranges from $250 to $12,500. This credit programme is financed by the government and offers a competitive interest rate. Further, Perkins Loan ranges from $200 to $4,000. This low-interest credit programme is supported by the government. Funds are limited.
