For Undergraduate Students: Students who have not met the English proficiency requirements may apply for conditional admission. A student who is conditionally admitted is accepted into an MSOE degree program based on everything except language proficiency requirements and other requirements that may be based on language proficiency. These other requirements must be met before a student is offered full or dual admission. For Postgraduate Students: MSOE offers conditional admission for international students who have met all minimum admission requirements except those based on English proficiency. Upon submission of acceptable proof of English proficiency, an applicant’s application will be reviewed for full admission.
